Little Bits:
I was born in a Navel Base Hospital in Oak Harbor – which is on an Island in the Puget Sound.
I am the oldest of 12 children.
We had a small farm we lived on with our own cow, chickens, rabbits, geese, and pigs, so I still have a bit of a country hick-chick in me!
I was a "picked-on" kid in my grade school years, which has helped me become a compassionate soul.
I've lived in: Washington, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, and Arizona.
Jobs I've had: picking beans, office work, ran my own preschool, dental assisting, teaching yoga and now studying Foot Zoning and The Healing Arts.

My Hobbies:
You know it! I LOVE yoga – so that is my first and main hobby. I also love to work in the garden. I have raised garden beds filled with rich organic soil. I like to read, especially non-fiction (usually yoga or fitness books), though I still love to put my nose into a great novel once in awhile. I dabble in beading and have made several pieces. Much of what I wear, I have made. I enjoy creating things – sewing, croqueting, and various crafts. I like cooking when I'm in the mood! I make my own mixes, and love to bake bread. I have allergies to corn and soy - (which is in everything!), so I am always learning new ways to DIY.
